University of Alabama Academic Advisors Association (UA-AAA) promotes quality academic advising at The University of Alabama. UA-AAA is dedicated to the professional growth, development and support of academic advising and advisors at the Capstone. UA-AAA serves faculty members, administrators, counselors, academic advisors, graduate students, and others in academic and student affairs concerned with the intellectual, personal and vocational needs of students. UA-AAA is the representative for and advocate of academic advising and academic advisors of The University of Alabama. The organization is an allied member of the National Academic Advising Association (NACADA) and supports the goals and programs of NACADA.
UA-AAA is an active participant in Project Rising Tide and strives to provide leadership and support to this campus-wide initiative.
